“Nice staff with very wonderful experience to check in”

“We stayed in Italy for 10 days and visited 5 different locations and this was clearly the best. We stayed here for 3 nights, and it did not disappoint. We wished we had stayed longer. The facilities, grounds, and guest rooms are large and pristine. Everything is very clean. The food was exceptional including the breakfast and poolside bar which are easily forgotten with the amazing restaurants they have on site. The overall service and hospitality are top tier, and it offers Tuscany views and……

“A small, quiet hotel with just a few rooms set in the Chianti region of Tuscany. Huge pool that was just getting ready to open for the season. I get the sense it could get very busy but n the heat of the summer. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. A short drive to Siena and several small towns in Chianti.”

“Pros: 1. Beautiful property with an amazing view. 2. Spacious family suite 3. Comfortable bed 4. Quiet, waking up to birds singing in the morning. Cons: 1. Stink bugs in the suite; once we understood they are common this time of year and easy to capture and release outside, it was ok. 2. Showers are very small. 3. A/C not turned on this time of year; was not offered fans until the last day. 4. Minimal amenities. 5. Few outlets The villa is beautiful, just be prepared for a “rustic”……

“Overall great. It was a bit colder when we went. I wish they put heat lamps in outside seating areas in the evenings. I did ask and they put one but it needed time to heat up. But other than that - amazing stay! ”

“Beautiful, clean apartments in tiny Castelnuovo Berardenga. Perfect for day trips throughout Tuscany with a drive of an hour or less to just about anywhere. Guiliani was an absolute gem and she took wonderful care of us. In addition to the excellent wines of Poggio Bonelli, there are a couple excellent restaurants in Castelnuovo Berardenga with Bengodi Enoteca Ristorante being absolutely superb.”

“The property is wonderful with olive groves and vineyard all around and an amazing swimming pool and restaurant on site. The rooms are also very clean and comfortable. Our highlight was the winery tour with Nicolo.”

“Good hotel. If you drive to there based on Google Map, you better follow the main road instead of a muddy road recommend by Google. The hotel is near the old town (so as ZTL!) and just a 5 minutes walk. Montalcino old town get a lot of places to taste wine. Don't miss it!”
